Business architecture is important because Business Architecture reveals how an organization is structured and can clearly demonstrate how elements such as capabilities, processes, organization and information fit together.
WHEN TO USE BUSINESS ARCHITECTURE
Business architecture should be implemented at a beginning of a corporate initiative. But if you never implement business architecture in your company before, you need to select an appropriate first initiative that can easily foster buy-in.
