In a virtual company you won’t be able to quickly speak to a team member by simply turning to the next desk, this thing make communication between employee becomes more difficult. The communication need to rely on alternative communication methods like email, virtual meeting, and group call.

Because communication need to rely on alternative communication , less direct forms of communication do not naturally lend themselves to efficient coordination of company projects. You need to monitoring schedules and remaining in close contact with your employee to managing tasks effectively.

Virtual company tend to have a poor corporate culture . Leaders need to giving their attention and energy to create an environment that is pleasant to work in. Leader also need to enables their team to learn about one another.
