Can Big Data Make You A Better Manager?

Big data is something that is indeed used in an industry whose function is to make something successful. So, it has been seen that big data is used to solve challenges faced by management when it comes to handling their workforce. But apparently, big data is not as easy as it looks, because big data must use data analytics which only work when there is actual data available to be calculated. When an employee quits his job, they often do not give a concrete reason why they want to leave / resign. Such employees may cite attractive salaries or migrate to other cities as a reason to stop. Analyzing data from such reports can be misleading and can often bring changes that do not address the actual problem. Finally, this big data needs to be used, because its function uses data from one company to analyze information, aggregate big data analytics utilize information available from all boards of several companies in the industry to analyze information. Using available data from across industries about the factors that influence employee entry and exit into various organizations, such analytic reports will enable companies to formulate their HR policies better. However, it can be seen that there are several other ways in which big data can be used to handle the needs of a workforce. For example, large data-based HR analytics tools that currently help employers understand factors such as recruitment costs per employee, new recruitment failure factors, turnaround rates, neglect levels of e-learning and bonus compensation levels where the responsibility is on management to get people people who can analyze and interpret data that can be translated into meaningful strategies.
