What Does Human Vs. Machine Intelligence Mean For Work?

New technology is certainly created to be able to improve performance, control results, and make it easy to catch up on tasks. An example is Big Data usually used to manage human resources. Digital technology has spread to every business function in recent years, with automatic improvements. Some of these new trends are causing concern. For example, in Japan, insurance companies have just replaced 25% of their staff with artificial intelligence. Even though Technologies have become very efficient at carrying out many tasks, they are still far behind humans in certain fields. The main failure of machines is their inability to “see the bigger picture” for example, machines don’t have feelings so they can’t control some aspects of what humans do, machines don’t have emotions.
