Recruitment is the process of finding and recruiting the best and most qualified candidates for a job opening. This is a whole process, with a full life cycle, which begins with identification for the needs of the company that can be related to work, and ends with the introduction of employees to the organization. The ability of companies to recruit, develop, and maintain the best capabilities in the company is one factor to achieve the highest possible ability.
