Pembicara telah menjelaskan recruitment adalah proses resourching dari awal interview hingga akhir. Didalam suatu company terdapat pasif dan aktif, dimana pasif adalah menunggu untuk di apply, sedangkan aktif adalah mencari kandidat yang sesuai dengan company. Diantara kedua tersebut yang lebih efektif adalah orang yang aktif karena waktunya lebih singkat dan jelas tidak seperti pasif yang apply ke suatu company banyak jadi hanya membuang waktu.

Terdapat proses dari recruiting dari web yang saya cari yaitu web deloitte yang sesuai dengan tema tersebut yaitu :

  • Job search : Search for open positions via our website and your career center.
  • Apply : Submit an application.
  • Resume review : Once your application has been submitted, your resume and qualifications will be reviewed to determine whether you will be selected for an interview.
  • Interview : If selected for an interview, you will be notified to sign up for an interview slot via your campus career center or by a member of our recruiting team.
  • Offer : If you are receiving an offer, you will likely have it in writing within one week of interviewing.

Before submitting your job-specific profile, you will need :

  • Resume : You will be asked to cut and paste an electronic copy of your resume into the online system.
  • Transcript (for campus hires only) : You will be asked to transcribe details from your transcript (i.e. grades in relevant courses).
  • Location preference : Within the submission process you will be asked for your location preference. This information will be consistent on all of your profile submissions. If you express an interest in position(s) in more than one location, the last choice you make for First and Second Location Preference will be the only one that remains visible in all of your job-specific profiles.
