Attracting and retaining great talent remain an issue for any organization across sector. Jim Collins believes that one of the obstacles for his organization to success is to find and maintain enough of the right people. The concept of scarcity in great talent is true. The evidence is the number on issue in the conference board’s 2016 survey of global CEO’s is failure to attract and retain top talent in organization. Some company and organization think that they can solve this problem. However, they don’t actually do the right out of it. Talent is very important for an organization to success in their own sector and industry. Talent become one of the most valuable assets for company. The scarcity of good talent makes most of the organization put focus and more investment into attracting and retaining good talent for a better long-term sustainability of the organization. There was no quick fix solution for this problem and each organization must put focus to solve this problem as soon as possible in order to keep the business on track.
