  2. employer branding is a major tool in acquiring talent. The aim of branding is to support potential candidates understand the company culture, company’s products and the differences from competitors.
  3. Employee Lifecycle in the organization depends on the talent acquisition since ther first contact of job offer.
  4. Workforce planning should be conducted regularly and HR professionals must understand talent supply and demand.
