Rules for Recruiting

Recruitment is the first step in human resources functions. When the job market is tight and people are working in non-traditional gig economy roles, starting businesses. There are rules for recruiting in a tight job market:

  3. Be ready to react! Be ready to move quickly once the candidate finalized and the hiring manager gives the final yes.
  4. Communicate, Communicate, Communicate! Communication is very important in recruitment. Many good candidates will skip great opportunities due to bad communication.
