Pillars of Talent Management

- Performance Management usually uses performance reviews, one-on-one meetings, and reward programs. the talent is expected to perform at high standard.
- Retention can be defined as the HR activity to keep high performing talent with the company as long as possible, increased productivity and successful completion of strategic goals.
