Employee Engagement

Engagement is about ensuring the company’s longevity. To build employee engagement, the work should be:

1. Meaningfulness means the work engaged with his/her  full-self
2. Safety means the work environment can bring full-self without fear of criticism
3. Availability means the employee mentally and physically able to express their full-self in the work environment.
