Today, diversity and inclusion is seen by potential employees as a differentiator between companies. There is the diversity of thought; how people process information, includes the multigenerational workforce and the multicultural aspect, especially in the global size. Inclusivity factors consists of gender, race, veterans, disabled and the formerly incarcerated. So, what does compliance look like when applying it to diversity and inclusion?
Every HR professional knows compliance instinctually. HR professional must stay ahead in regulatory changes and to make changes to current strategies in place. One example is making sure cultural holidays are observed especially in different countries around the world.
