The production process in an eBusiness includes procurement which is the heart of supply chain management, ordering, stock replenishment, payment processing, and production control. The customer order processing is much more fast and efficient. Recruiting employees that have been trained well.
ICT in organization has a lot of benefits including more varieties of product/service, improved accessibility as the information are available on the Internet, shorter waiting time, communication is recorded and more contextual. In digital era, the sharing economy increases accessibility to many opportunities, the virtual organization saves time, travel expenses and eliminates lack of access to experts, the Internet of things is connected to the Internet for daily use, and the financial technology reduces the infrastructure costs of financial institutions.
Everything is connected in today’s world, digitization, mobilization, augmentation, disintermediation, and automation are rapidly changing and improving. The future is about holistic business models. The new way to work is to embrace technology as nowadays almost everything can be replaced by machine.
