Paper Submission

IITSOE 2026 is now open for manuscript submissions. Interested authors are encouraged to submit their fully formatted papers in MS Word format.

Authors are recommended to submit their manuscripts as soon as they are ready, rather than waiting until the deadline. A confirmation email will be sent within five business days after submission. If you do not receive a confirmation or decision email within the expected time frame, please contact us at iitsoe@binus.ac.id.

All of the paper that accepted and registered in IITSOE 2026 must be presented  at the conference. Papers not presented, often called “no-shows,” are NOT published in IEEE Xplore . NO refund of registration Fee for all  of registered papers.

All of registered and presented papers will be submitted for possible inclusion in the IEEE Xplore. IEEE will check and decide whether those papers will be include in IEEE Xplore. IEEE indexing partners with independent abstracting and indexing (A&I) services will evaluate IITSOE 2026 papers for consideration in their online products including SCOPUS, Ei Compendex, etc.

Important: Please ensure that the list and order of authors are finalized before submission. Changes to author names or their order will not be permitted after the submission is completed.
