Online Participation

The presentations will be made online via Zoom Platform & in-person (Face-to-Face). Online presentations will be held in a virtual classroom environment.  

  • Presentations will be conducted in a virtual classroom environment.
  • Each presentation must be pre-recorded as a video. The video must feature a human presenter (AI-generated presentations are not allowed) and clearly show the presenter’s face.
  • Presentations are limited to a maximum duration of 10 minutes.
  • The pre-recorded video must be submitted to the committee prior to the presentation day.
  • A separate virtual classroom will be designated for each session.
  • All virtual classrooms will be accessible to all participants.
