Call for Papers – IITSOE 2026

We invite the submission of original research papers, practical experience reports, works-in-progress, and practitioner insights that fall within the technical themes outlined under the Scope & Topics section.

Prospective authors are encouraged to submit full papers ranging from 4 to 6 pages, including all figures, tables, and references, using the standard IEEE double-column conference format, which can be downloaded from this website. Submissions will be accepted exclusively through electronic means via the Online Submission System.

All submitted manuscripts will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process, ensuring fairness and impartiality. Each full conference registration is valid for one accepted paper.
