Rosa has been working in education field since 1988. She is enjoying teaching in the area of soft skills (personal effectiveness), understanding self and others, communication, leadership and teamwork. Besides teaching, she is also a counselor and coach. Her expertise in people skills and leadership bring her into management level in several Private Universities. She has been a Dean for two Faculties in two Universities and also has been a Vice Rector for one Private University.
