Course Background
Communication is the foundation of effective leadership, collaboration, and professional success. Yet, many professionals struggle not with knowledge or intent, but with how they express, interpret, and influence others. Effective communication requires more than speaking clearly—it involves understanding others’ perspectives, listening actively, and conveying messages that inspire trust and cooperation.
This course is designed to enhance participants’ communication competence and influencing capabilities in both formal and informal settings. Through practical exercises and reflection, participants will learn how to overcome barriers, adapt their communication style, and build stronger professional relationships.
