Course Background

In a fast-evolving business landscape, innovation is no longer optional—it is a necessity for organizational survival and growth. Traditional problem-solving methods often fail to capture user needs or adapt quickly to change. Design Thinking provides a structured yet creative approach to innovation by putting users at the heart of the process. It blends analytical reasoning with creative exploration to generate solutions that are desirable, feasible, and viable.

This course introduces participants to the core principles and tools of Design Thinking. Through hands-on exercises, participants will learn how to empathize with users, define challenges, ideate creatively, prototype quickly, and test iteratively. By the end of the program, participants will be able to apply Design Thinking to drive innovation in products, services, and internal processes, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and entrepreneurial thinking.
