Enrichment Program
In Semester 6, students take part in the Enrichment Program (16 credit hours), where they can apply their learning in real-world contexts. This program is available only to students in the 3+1 Double Degree track and offers four pathways focusing on professional experience, entrepreneurship, research, and community engagement.
Internship
Through internships, students gain first-hand experience in companies, startups, or organizations related to digital business. They learn how businesses operate in real contexts, adapt to professional work cultures, and apply digital tools to solve organizational challenges. This track helps students build confidence, professional communication, and problem-solving skills that are essential for success in the digital business world.
Entrepreneurship
In this track, students explore the process of creating and developing their own business ventures. They design business models, build prototypes, and test market strategies with guidance from mentors and industry practitioners. The experience nurtures creativity, resilience, and leadership, while preparing students to think like innovators who can adapt to the changing digital economy.
Research
Students who select the research track engage in academic projects guided by faculty members. They conduct systematic studies, analyze data, and contribute to scholarly discussions on topics such as digital transformation, artificial intelligence, or the metaverse. This pathway helps students sharpen their analytical, critical thinking, and academic writing skills, while deepening their expertise in emerging areas of digital business.
Community Development
The community development track enables students to apply their digital business knowledge to initiatives that benefit society. They may develop digital solutions for small businesses, nonprofit organizations, or local communities, addressing real-world problems while fostering social responsibility. This experience helps students grow as leaders with empathy, teamwork, and the ability to use digital business knowledge for broader societal impact.
