Currently working as BINUS Case Center Manager at Bina Nusantara Business School. In the process, I have been involved in the making of more than 20 business case studies in BINUS and was certified by Ivey Business School for case study writing and teaching in 2017. Previously I was various positions in Australia Awards Indonesia (AAI) for 10 years and mostly managed projects for prominent alumni in Indonesia focusing on development areas such as food security, health, education, poverty reduction, energy and innovation of technology and infrastructure.

Responsibilities included: Closely involved in the formation of the ARG together with the Post-Award Team. In charge of drafting the design of ARG members’ entitlements, promoting the ARG as well as designing and managing the ARG launch event; Managed the production of the Australia Awards Alumni E-book, working together with the Media Officer and IT Officer.

Collaborating with the Australian Government’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) in drafting the design of entitlement schemes for ARG members, which include Seed Funding, Community Engagement, Professional Development Activities, Seminar and Workshop, among others. Some of these entitlement schemes were pilot programs that have proven to be beneficial for ARG members and the development of Indonesia.
