Coach Norman’s expertise spans urban farming, MSME development, and corporate social responsibility. His practical knowledge extends from product development (his mint tea won first place in Jakarta’s Food & Beverage Curation competition) to halal certification as an auditor for LPPOM DKI, to digital marketing and sustainable supply chains. His consulting work with PT Gunung Bara Utama’s CSR department and community empowerment programs with Aksi Foundation showcase his ability to bridge corporate resources with grassroots needs.

He is also serving as an active member of Wiranesia Foundation and the Jakarta Berkebun / Indonesia Berkebun movements, personally visited over 300 MSMEs across Jakarta and provided hands-on coaching and connecting entrepreneurs to resources. His training portfolio includes workshops for various government institutions, from the Ministry of Industry and Energy to Jakarta’s MSME offices.

His entrepreneurial career began immediately after graduating from Universitas Mercu Buana’s Faculty of Agriculture in 1996, managing five retail outlets before moving on to agricultural extension work with the Ministry of Agriculture (2009-2018). This foundation led him to establish Oksigen Garden, a multi-product enterprise encompassing organic fertilizers, premium coffee, mint tea, and training services.
