Introduction
The 2nd International Conference on Sustainable Business and Entrepreneurship (ICOSBE) 2025 focuses on leveraging entrepreneurship to drive sustainable development. With a deep commitment to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), this year’s theme encourages the global entrepreneurial community to adopt innovative, sustainable business models that contribute to social, economic, and environmental well-being. By inspiring entrepreneurs, researchers, and thought leaders, ICOSBE seeks to cultivate solutions that align with the SDGs, fostering partnerships that can empower change at a local and global scale.
This conference builds upon the momentum of the first ICOSBE, broadening the dialogue on how entrepreneurship can play a pivotal role in achieving a sustainable and equitable future. It provides a dynamic platform for sharing research, ideas, and strategies that drive entrepreneurial innovation in line with the SDGs, and for promoting a thriving ecosystem for sustainable business development.

- Articles accepted and meeting the inclusion criteria of IGI Global and Scopus will be published as Scopus-indexed book chapters under IGI Global Scientific Publishing, USA.
- IGI’s Mandatory Requirements: A recent update from IGI Global states that a complete article must be written in English and contain between 8,000 and 10,000 words, INCLUDING the list of references and appendices. Previously, it was announced that the word count of 8,000 to 10,000 words excluded the list of references and appendices. The conference committee and IGI Global will not accept any manuscript with fewer than 8,000 words.
- VERY IMPORTANT: At this stage, the conference committee has received many papers written solely by authors from Indonesia. To promote international collaboration and the exchange of ideas, papers that include at least one co-author from an institution outside Indonesia will receive additional consideration by the committee.
-
IGI’s Mandatory Requirements: IGI follows the American Psychological Association (APA) Style, 7th Edition. The conference committee and IGI will reject papers that do not follow APA style, such as those using IEEE, AIP, or other citation formats.
- One-column format for each page. Margins: 1 inch on all sides (top, bottom, left, and right).
- IGI’s Mandatory Requirements: All authors must include their ORCID iDs: https://orcid.org
- Font: Although APA allows several font options, we recommend using Times New Roman, size 12.
- Use left alignment (not fully justified) for all paragraphs.
- Spacing: Double-space the entire paper, including the title page, abstract, text, block quotations, and reference list.
- Indentation: Indent the first line of every paragraph by 0.5 inches.

- Running Head: Running heads are required.
- The number of references must be at least 20, drawn from high-quality journals, books, and other reputable sources. Furthermore, at least 80% of the references should be published within the last five years.
- After the conclusion section and before the list of references, please include the following items:
a. Open Contribution Statement
Example:
