During the last session, students must present their final project based on all the materials studied from the first session to the final session. Students had chosen a single topic and performed research with their countries. The class was divided into three groups, with the first group discussing ” Performance management between countries.” The second group selected “Gender equality and future HCM challenges” as their theme. The third group chose the topic “The compensation and benefits implementation in Indonesia, France, and Madagascar.” All of the topics were interesting, and the three groups’ presentations were insightful, informative and enlightening.  After each presentation, there was a discussion Q&A session; for example, after group one has presented, group two will ask the presenters questions.

Following the concluding presentation, the students have acquired new understanding regarding the previously covered materials. The photo that can be seen above was taken after all of the presentations.

Throughout the sessions, it was really helpful to have Dr. Sekar Wulan P, S.Si., M.Pd. leading us and sharing her expertise and experiences with us. Thank you for being one of the best professors. The Binus business school and all the students are quite grateful to have you.
