In other words, writing is one thing that defines a blogger.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, it takes more effort to make a blogger stand out among the others. According to Ina A. Murwani, MM., MBA., Deputy Head of Marketing Program of BINUS BUSINESS SCHOOL, branding holds the crucial key for this matter. \u201cBloggers need branding because everyone can be a blogger,\u201d Ina said at \u201cThe Power of Content, 3Ends bersama SEREMPAK\u201d talkshow (October 27<sup>th<\/sup>, 2016).<\/p>\n<p>Ina explained that branding is an identity that makes a blog can easily be identified and distinguished from other blogs. Without a well-planned branding, it will be difficult for a blogger to grab more audience and market his or her blog.<\/p>\n<p>There are few golden rules for blog branding. The first one is, know the target audience. A blogger cannot satisfy everyone, but he or she can be meaningful for more segmented people \u2013 the targeted audience. Therefore, a blogger must identify the audience and write what the target wants.<\/p>\n<p>The second one is select the theme. Write stick to the theme and create personality through consistent works.<\/p>\n<p>A blogger also needs to choose his or her blog name, choose the color, fonts, logo, and tagline that represent the content and personality, and always use wisely-chosen images. Last but not least, a blogger has to invest to build the brand.<\/p>\n<p>According to Ina, a blog\u2019s brand can be marketed through writing consistently, social media optimization, comments, advertising, and using analytics. \u201cAnd also, don\u2019t forget the SEO,\u201d Ina added.<\/p>\n<p>Ina A. Murwani was one of five speakers at \u201cThe Power of Content, 3Ends bersama SEREMPAK\u201d talkshow.
