Vocational School Principal Training
On November 4, 2021, several Binus Business School Master Program lecturers became offline mentors for the SMK CEO training activity, which is a collaboration program between Binus University and the Directorate of Partnership and Alignment of the Business and Industrial World (Mitrasdudi), and the Ministry of Education and Culture. Director General of Vocational Education, Wikan Sakarinto said the program was an effort to support the development of the Center of Excellence (SMK PK) or Centre of Excellence. Especially in terms of human resource development (HR). According to Wikan, it is very necessary to equip them to have leadership competencies that are in line with the development needs of PK SMK. Last year, 90 SMK principals from Java, Bali, Sumatra, Sulawesi and Kalimantan participated in the program. After the program, they create a community of entrepreneurs among SMKs with various creative programs. As well as a more solid network to Industry, with the concept of a win win solution between schools and industry. This year, 80 Principals of Vocational High Schools throughout Indonesia participated in this activity.
