Guest Lecture Session

On October 25, 2021, Young Professional Business Management students had the opportunity to attend a guest lecture from Dr. Benny Bernadus, former managing director of HIBA Group, with the topic of performance management. Dr. Benny, who has experience as an HR practitioner for more than 30 years, shares his knowledge and experience in implementing the performance management process in corporations. This guest lecture session is part of the leadership and human capital management lectures. Through guest lectures, students are expected to gain direct knowledge from experienced practitioners, including discussions related to problems that occur in the context of their respective companies. In this way, students are expected to gain holistic knowledge, not only theory in class, but also sharing sessions which are empirical results from the experiences of guest lecturers.
