Nur Damayanti holds both a Master’s degree and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Human Resources Management from the School of Business Management, Universiti Utara Malaysia. With over five years of professional experience in the banking industry, she brings a strong foundation of practical knowledge to her academic pursuits.
She began her academic career as a Lecturer at Bina Nusantara University in June 2021 and currently serves as the Subject Content Coordinator for the Master’s Program at Binus Business School. Driven by a deep passion for teaching, Nur has channeled her industry insights into scholarly work, contributing to journal publications in the field of human resources.
