Before transitioning into academia, he was actively involved in industry and consulting for startup ventures. He has also collaborated for several years with German technology transfer institutions to support the advancement of scientific research in Indonesia.
His research interests include Human Capital Management, Organizational Behavior, Knowledge Management, People Analytics, and Industrial Relations, reflecting his commitment to bridging academic insight with practical relevance in the evolving landscape of human resource development and organizational effectiveness.
