While many studies on collaborative planning forecasting replenishment (CPFR) and supply chain performance (SCP) have been conducted in various industries and geographical contexts, this research specifically targets the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector in Indonesia to permit for a deeper understanding of the unique challenges and dynamics faced by FMCG companies in a rapidly growing and competitive market. This study aims to seek if CPFR can enhance supply chain performance of FMCG industries in Indonesia through supply chain innovation capability as the mediating factor. Employing a quantitative approach, data were collected via a questionnaire from 42 supply chain practitioners, primarily at managerial levels within Indonesian FMCG companies. Smart PLS4 structural equation modeling (SEM) was utilized to analyze the relation-ships among the variables. Findings indicate that CPFR implementation significantly improves SCP, with SCIC further amplifying this effect. This framework serves as a valuable reference for industry professionals aiming to develop effective supply chain strategies through CPFR. © 2026 Author(s).
