According to \u00a0William (2003) \u00a0in terms of the provision of electronic services, ICT has played a very important role in the private and public sectors. \u00a0\u00a0According to \u00a0the Computer Language Company (2009) define electronic services as a general term for services on \u00a0the \u00a0Internet. E-services \u00a0or electronic services include e-commerce transaction services for handling online orders, hosting applications with application service providers \u00a0(ASP) and any processing capabilities available in the nature of \u00a0a \u00a0website. According to \u00a0Chun Hai (2007) argues that electronic services are services on the Internet where it is possible for \u00a0consumers to make purchase and sales transactions, unlike traditional website\u00a0 services, which only provide \u00a0a \u00a0descriptive information. Matters \u00a0\u00a0relating to \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0e-service \u00a0under the Law of the Ministry of Communications of the Republic of Slovakia (2006) are such as administrative services, \u00a0notification, access to information and provisions, or public participation in the conduct of public affairs. \u00a0\u00a0From \u00a0the understanding \u00a0and \u00a0characteristics \u00a0outlined above \u00a0\u00a0one \u00a0of the fitu contained \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0in \u00a0e-service \u00a0is the \u00a0term \u00a024\/7 operation \u00a0or \u00a0what \u00a0we \u00a0know \u00a0with \u00a0full\u00a0 service until \u00a024 hours \u00a0in \u00a0one \u00a0week. 24\/7 operation in e-service \u00a0is a \u00a0service \u00a0\u00a0provided \u00a0by \u00a0an \u00a0organization \u00a0to its consumers \u00a0where \u00a0consumers \u00a0can \u00a0get \u00a0the\u00a0 services they \u00a0need such as \u00a0information \u00a0needs or \u00a0any \u00a0access \u00a0and \u00a0consumers \u00a0can \u00a0access \u00a0it \u00a0anytime \u00a0and \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0anywhere.<\/p>\n<p>The use of 24\/7 e-services can also be \u00a0used \u00a0for such \u00a0programs \u00a0for government agencies \u00a0where \u00a0a country must always be able to reach, through the web, government agencies and also be served by them,where this designation \u00a0is \u00a0also \u00a0known by the term public e-services. Other uses \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0such as \u00a0in\u00a0\u00a0 e-commerce \u00a0applications are such as \u00a0information \u00a0description \u00a0of \u00a0a \u00a0product \u00a0on \u00a0an \u00a0e-commerce website and \u00a0with \u00a0this \u00a0information obtained \u00a0by \u00a0consumers very quickly. \u00a0\u00a0Because it \u00a0only \u00a0relies on \u00a0a \u00a0server and \u00a0uses the \u00a0internet. E-services \u00a0in e-commerce \u00a0are \u00a0such as \u00a0e-search, e-response, e-assurance and trust, e-transaction and e-payment, e-help and e-technologies. The use of e-service is often applied in e-Commerce, especially the B2C such as supporting customers to search for goods or search features such as in terms of perspective business e-service is like shopping in \u00a0stores \u00a024\/7,comprehensiveproduct selection, online catalog, target response, privacy protection. <em>One stop shop <\/em>\u00a0for customers, suppliers who interact directly with customers, customers, FAQS, help desks, and tractor websites. In terms of e-services in the app 24-hour access to information products, FAQs to quickly respond to common questions, searches are facilitated by keywords, search engines, links, icon shapes \u00a0to additional information, emails, FAQs, chats, web page design and updates. In terms of customer perspective according to research conducted by \u00a0Singh (2002) \u00a0stated that 65 percent showed that information on websites is easy to follow and 8 percent ranked convenience (24 x 7) to be an \u00a0\u00a0important problem in \u00a0a \u00a0service, such as links to additional information and reduced keyword search time, searching for information from search engines. Almost \u00a0all \u00a0in e-commerce \u00a0implement \u00a0e-service \u00a0for \u00a024\/7 \u00a0as \u00a0\u00a0we \u00a0know \u00a0e-commerce in Indonesia which \u00a0is famous \u00a0such as \u00a0Tokopedia, Shopee, \u00a0Bukalapak, Lazada, Zalora and\u00a0 many \u00a0more have implemented \u00a0\u00a024\/7 e-services \u00a0or \u00a0electronic \u00a0services \u00a0such as \u00a0things \u00a0we \u00a0\u00a0often \u00a0do \u00a0unknowingly \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0are \u00a0looking for \u00a0goods \u00a0in \u00a0the middle of the \u00a0night \u00a0or \u00a0whenever \u00a0\u00a0this is \u00a0It is a \u00a0form \u00a0of \u00a0e-service that is \u00a0e-search \u00a0itself.
