It was \u00a0\u00a0his simple and general\u00a0 thing. \u00a0What \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0about \u00a0e-commerce? \u00a0\u00a0When \u00a0a \u00a0customer wants \u00a0to \u00a0see \u00a0information \u00a0about the item they \u00a0are looking for? This is \u00a0the function \u00a0of \u00a0e-Commerce and e-Marketplace \u00a0they \u00a0not \u00a0only \u00a0sell \u00a0goods \u00a0but \u00a0they \u00a0provide \u00a0descriptions \u00a0of \u00a0the \u00a0goods such as \u00a0additional information, such \u00a0as \u00a0examples; ZALORA Indonesia \u00a0always \u00a0provides \u00a0a size table \u00a0\u00a0for each \u00a0shirt and \u00a0pants \u00a0along with an ID order When \u00a0a \u00a0customer \u00a0orders, \u00a0then \u00a0information \u00a0about \u00a0how \u00a0to \u00a0order \u00a0the \u00a0product \u00a0and \u00a0where \u00a0its \u00a0origin. In\u00a0 this day and age \u00a0e-Service is not \u00a0only limited to \u00a0customer service \u00a0where \u00a0a person has to \u00a0make \u00a0a call \u00a0by \u00a0phone \u00a0and \u00a0ask \u00a0many \u00a0things \u00a0\u00a0they \u00a0want to \u00a0know, \u00a0It&#8217;s \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0been \u00a0very \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0inefficient. So \u00a0what&#8217;s the other \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0way?
