Advances in technology have resulted in a shift, in developed countries, from goods to services. The first generation of e-commerce primarily involved commerce, e-services, and company-sponsored collaboration. In the second generation phase of e-commerce, also called E-Commerce 2.0. It is based on Web 2.0 tools, social media, social networking, and the virtual world. It is also in line with the development of internet commerce, physical business units have been replaced by websites. In the era of web 2.0, social computing \u00a0was used \u00a0in \u00a0business \u00a0with the advent of social networking and commercial activities in cyberspace. Social networks and businesses attract a lot of visitors.<\/p>\n<p>One of the tools used\u00a0 in\u00a0 the\u00a0 second\u00a0 phase\u00a0 of e-commerce\u00a0 is \u00a0blogging. A blog \u00a0is \u00a0a \u00a0website \u00a0run \u00a0by \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0individuals \u00a0commonly \u00a0called Blogger that\u00a0 will usually \u00a0include \u00a0comments, \u00a0descriptions, events, as well as information in the form of \u00a0graphics and videos. In \u00a0\u00a0general,blogs \u00a0incorporate \u00a0text, \u00a0images,and links to other blogs, websites, and \u00a0other media relevant \u00a0to \u00a0the \u00a0topic \u00a0covered. \u00a0\u00a0The \u00a0most important thing \u00a0about a \u00a0blog is where \u00a0readers \u00a0can \u00a0leave \u00a0comments \u00a0in \u00a0an \u00a0informative form.\u00a0 Generally,blogs \u00a0are \u00a0textual, \u00a0but blogs can \u00a0also\u00a0 focus \u00a0on \u00a0other things, such as \u00a0art,\u00a0 audio, video, \u00a0photography, \u00a0sketching,and music that are \u00a0part \u00a0of social \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0media. Microblogging is \u00a0\u00a0another\u00a0 type of \u00a0blog, \u00a0i.e. \u00a0blogs \u00a0with shorter \u00a0uploads.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, companies are starting to take advantage of opportunities in conducting business transactions in social networks and using social software,\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 in\u00a0 this\u00a0 case\u00a0 blogs. The\u00a0 main areas that\u00a0 use\u00a0 social\u00a0 software\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 are\u00a0 advertising,\u00a0 shopping,\u00a0 consumer services,\u00a0\u00a0 recruitment,and\u00a0 collaboration. In \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0this case, one \u00a0\u00a0related to \u00a0the\u00a0 use of \u00a0blogs \u00a0in \u00a0business \u00a0is \u00a0E-service.
