However, your interviewer isn&#8217;t going to ask you to recite all of their industry awards from memory. Nor do they want you to feed them empty compliments.<br \/>\nThe interview is about you.<\/p>\n<p>Your interviewer wants to know:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Why you are perfect for the role.<\/li>\n<li>What motivated you to apply.<\/li>\n<li>How you will fit into the company\u2019s culture.<\/li>\n<li>Whether you understand the company\u2019s strategy and commercial goals.<\/li>\n<li>Whether you are likely to stay at the company for a long time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You need to structure your answer in two parts:<br \/>\n1. Why do you want this particular job?<br \/>\n2.
