DEFINITION<\/strong><\/p>\n

Business architecture is structure of the business as a whole by looking broadly at systems design and requirements which is to improve the business\u2019 operations in line with goals and strategy.<\/p>\n

WHY BUSINESS ARCHITECTURE IS IMPORTANT<\/strong><\/p>\n

Business architecture is important because Business Architecture reveals how an organization is structured and can clearly demonstrate how elements such as capabilities, processes, organization and information fit together.<\/p>\n

WHEN TO USE BUSINESS ARCHITECTURE<\/strong><\/p>\n

Business architecture should be implemented at a beginning of a corporate initiative. But if you never implement business architecture in your company before, you need to select an appropriate first initiative that can easily foster buy-in. Often Business Architecture practitioners will also be hired to guide you into the Business Architecture process and built your own Business Architect team.<\/p>\n
