Knowledge worker has become one of most precious assets for a company, because it\u2019s hard to find knowledge worker itself. Knowledge work itself are works that are based around non-routine problem solving work, which requires high order thinking skills that many doesn\u2019t have yet. But as we moved on to this age where technology has developed so far, knowledge work wouldn\u2019t only be workable by knowledge worker. Knowledge work could be automate by technology such as artificial intelligence. As these technology improve, more complex and sophisticated work could be automated. One of the examples of AI automation in knowledge work is machine learning where it could recognize patterns and correlations in data, thus could be used to create predictive analysis. There are also other AI tools that helps on recruiting, finding important information, and much more. Although AI itself has a tremendous cost to be implemented, it still shows threats to the knowledge worker. With this implementation of AI in knowledge work automatization, role of knowledge worker may simply be replaced by these technology tools. But still, not all of the knowledge worker could be replaced because of certain human qualities that AI doesn\u2019t have such as creativity, intuition, and more still plays an important role.<\/p>\n
