50% of the world’s CEOs say they have a big problem finding the right people to fill vacancies. However, 75 million young people around the world are currently looking for work. In general, a company certainly has certain criteria for accepting prospective workers in a company.<\/p>\n

    \nOptimistic employees are those who like working in a company and also believe in the culture of the company. These employees are people who have been organized and work enthusiastically to support other team members in a company.<\/li>\n

  3. Complainer
    \nThis type of complainer is almost always present in every company. Those who have this character tend to be very concerned about the shortcomings that exist in the company.
    \nif you have found the right person, then the company only needs to increase cooperation between employees in order to achieve company targets.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
