However, 75 million young people around the world are currently looking for work. In general, a company certainly has certain criteria for accepting prospective workers in a company.<\/p>\n<p>The following are personalities that are the criteria of the company:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Optimistic<br \/>\nOptimistic employees are those who like working in a company and also believe in the culture of the company. Employees with this personality believe that all the sacrifices they make will be well paid by the company.<\/li>\n<li>Complainer<br \/>\nThis type of complainer is almost always present in every company.
