{"id":204,"date":"2017-08-10T14:12:06","date_gmt":"2017-08-10T07:12:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bbs.binus.ac.id\/management\/?p=204"},"modified":"2017-08-10T14:12:45","modified_gmt":"2017-08-10T07:12:45","slug":"204","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bbs.binus.ac.id\/management\/2017\/08\/204\/","title":{"rendered":"Kerangka Proses SCOR Model"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Oleh :\u00a0Meiryta Yuliani &amp; Haryadi Sarjono<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Dalam melakukan analisa dan perhitungan <em>SCOR<\/em> model ada 4 tahap dalam kerangka untuk memudahkan peneliti dalam melakukan pengerjaan <em>SCOR<\/em> model.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Perancangan Proses Bisnis <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Perancangan proses bisnis merupakan kegiatan menganalisis aktivitas bisnis AS-IS yaitu proses bisnis yang dilakukan saat ini yang dituangkan dalam bentuk pemetaan. Serta melakukan analisis desain <em>to-be<\/em> yaitu proses bisnis yang akan dituju oleh peneliti untuk memperbaiki desain bisnis sebelumnya yang juga akan dituangkan dalam bentuk pemetaan. Dalam subtahap fase <em>AS-IS<\/em> yaitu pemodelan <em>AS-IS<\/em> ini akan dijalankan pemetaan pada <em>level<\/em> 1 sampai dengan <em>level<\/em> 4. Analisis secara cermat akan dijalankan untuk memahami aliran proses,bahan, dan informasi yang ada sekarang.
