Agility is the strength to make a coordination and balance of the inner elements to react to something new and unprecedented.<\/p>\n<p>Agility is about a mindset and a behavior. There are some ways to develop the agile mindset:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>retain expertise<\/li>\n<li>empower people<\/li>\n<li>give more weight to human aspect<\/li>\n<li>promote experimentation<\/li>\n<li>increase collaboration<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Organizations should also understand that the employees who can help the organizations achieve agility.
