POSITIONING FACTORS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Dalam melakukan <em>Positioning Factors<\/em> ini, ada 6 kunci dasar yang menjadi pertimbangannya, yaitu :<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><em><u>Customer Tolerance Time<\/u><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;padding-left: 40px\">Ini adalah suatu tipikal bahwa <em>customer<\/em> bersedia menunggu sebelum mencari alternatif <em>source<\/em> yang lain. Nah <em>Customer Tolerance Time<\/em> ini dapat juga didefinisikan sebagai <em>Demand Lead Time<\/em>.<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify\" start=\"2\">\n<li><em><u>Market Potential Lead Time<\/u><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;padding-left: 40px\"><em>Lead Time<\/em> ini akan memungkinkan terjadinya kenaikan harga atau penambahan skema bisnis melalui pelanggan yang sudah ada atau baru. Menentukan <em>lead time<\/em> ini membutuhkan keterlibatan aktif dari <em>sales<\/em> dan <em>customer service<\/em>.<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify\" start=\"3\">\n<li><em><u>Sales Order Visibility Horizon<\/u><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;padding-left: 40px\"><em>Sales Order Visibility Horizon<\/em> adalah suatu kerangka waktu di mana kita biasanya menyadari bahwa <em>sales order<\/em> atau <em>demand <\/em>tergantung kondisi aktual.<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify\" start=\"4\">\n<li><em><u>External Variability<\/u><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;padding-left: 40px\">Di dalam <em>External Variability<\/em> ini akan mempertimbangkan <em>Variable Rate of Demand <\/em>dan <em>Variable Rate of Supply<\/em>.<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify\" start=\"5\">\n<li><em><u>Inventory Lavarage and Flexibility<\/u><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;padding-left: 40px\">Ada penempatan di dalam struktur <em>Bill of Material<\/em> (BOM) dan yang terintegrasi (<em>Bill Matrix of Material<\/em>) atau jaringan distribusi yang paling banyak memberikan pilihan kepada perusahaan serta kompresi lead time yang terbaik untuk memenuhi kebutuhan bisnis perusahaan.<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify\" start=\"6\">\n<li><em><u>Critical Operations Protection<\/u><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;padding-left: 40px\">Hal ini hampir sama dengan bagaimana variabilitas dapat berdampak pada <em>Bill Of Material<\/em>, semakin lama dan semakin banyak kompleksitas pada struktur distribusi dan <em>Dependent Chain Event<\/em> ,maka akan semakin penting untuk melindungi bidang-bidang utama yang diidentifikasi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>B. DISTRIBUTION POSITION CONSIDERATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Dalam distribusi tidak ada konversi.
