{"id":1605,"date":"2019-12-15T14:17:27","date_gmt":"2019-12-15T07:17:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bbs.binus.ac.id\/management\/?p=1605"},"modified":"2019-12-27T17:10:20","modified_gmt":"2019-12-27T10:10:20","slug":"demand-driven-mrp-material-requirement-planning","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bbs.binus.ac.id\/management\/2019\/12\/demand-driven-mrp-material-requirement-planning\/","title":{"rendered":"DEMAND DRIVEN MRP (Material Requirement Planning)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Oleh : Danang Prihandoko, ST, MM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Faculty Member Management, Biinus Business School Undergaraduate Program<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Apa sih <em>Demand Driven MRP<\/em> itu?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Sebenarnya <em>Demand Driven MRP<\/em> itu bukan hal baru di <em>Supply Chain<\/em> khususnya pada periode 10 tahun terakhir ini dan dalam menghadapi tantangan bisnis dalam VUCA (<em>Volatile, Uncertain, Complexity, Ambiguity<\/em>) <em>World<\/em> yang menjadi <em>Trend<\/em> pada Jaman sekarang. <em>Demand Driven MRP<\/em> ini adalah suatu metodologi atau konsep baru di dalam <em>Supply Chain<\/em> agar perusahaan\/organisasi dapat dengan cepat merespon perubahan kondisi pasar dengan meminimalkan <em>inventory <\/em>tanpa kehilangan<em> customer service level.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Di sisi MRP, permintaan diperkirakan pada <em>Master Production Schedule<\/em> (MPS). MPS membuat pernyataan tentang apa yang akan dibuat kemudian diintegrasikan ke MRP. Nah MRP kemudian dibuat melalui <em>Bill of Material<\/em>, dan membuat <em>Supply Order<\/em> yang disinkronkan (tanggal dan jumlah) sebagaimana yang telah ditentukan oleh struktur suatu produk. <em>Safety Stock<\/em> sering digunakan pada produk yang sudah jadi menyerap variabilitas atau variasi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">DDMRP adalah suatu metode <em>multi-echelon<\/em> dalam <em>Planning<\/em> dan Eksekusi untuk melindungi dan mempromosikan alur informasi dan material yang relevan melalui pendirian dan manajemen dalam menempatkan <em>De-Coupling Point Buffer Stock<\/em> secara strategis.
