And yet the younger generation will be key in building and running the post-pandemic world.<\/div>\n<div>This is why the Global Peter Drucker Challenge essay contest, an annual fixture in the run-up to the Global Peter Drucker Forum and now in its 12th year, chose as this year&#8217;s topic: <strong>&#8220;What crisis demands of the manager&#8221; <\/strong><\/div>\n<div>Close to 300 students, young managers, and young entrepreneurs from six continents and from impressively diverse personal backgrounds, professions, and cultures answered the call for essays, with a notable increase of submissions from South America this year.<\/div>\n<div>The jury consisting of Elizabeth Edersheim, Jyoti Guptara, Ricardo Viana Vargas, and Stefan G\u00fcldenberg selected the most insightful and original essays.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div><strong>Read and Meet <\/strong><\/div>\n<div>You can read these essays on the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/email.druckerforum.org\/61f51eujebavaewewmatahumaaambmmm\/click.php\">Drucker Challenge website<\/a><\/strong>. And you can meet the TOP 15 authors in person (as far as travel is permitted) at the 2021 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/email.druckerforum.org\/86624eujewapaewewmarahumazambmmm\/click.php\">Global Peter Drucker Forum<\/a> <\/strong>in Vienna on November 18-19. They are also invited to actively\u00a0participating in the Drucker Forum Digital Day (Nov. 17).
