On Wednesday, January 8<sup>th<\/sup>, 2020 we had the opportunity to have a good friend of mine to come and shared his knowledge on Human Resource Management and Entrepreneurship. <b>Doni Priliandi<\/b>, co-founder of Happy5, an Indonesian-based HR start-up with Forbes 500 list as its clientele, poured out his heart to students on what it takes to be an entrepreneur. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">His enthusiasm exudes originality, passion, and grit \u2013 a quality he reiterated of being your own boss \u2013 as he explained the importance of navigating the high and low points as you\u2019re pursuing your goal. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Few takeaways from the talk:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst\" style=\"text-indent: -18pt;text-align: justify\"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang=\"EN-US\"><span>1.<span style=\"font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman'\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span><!--[endif]--><span lang=\"EN-US\">Be stubborn on the mission, but be flexible on the strategy<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\" style=\"text-indent: -18pt;text-align: justify\"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang=\"EN-US\"><span>2.<span style=\"font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman'\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span><!--[endif]--><span lang=\"EN-US\">Dream big.
