There have been many studies showing that VBL students retain the material to a significantly greater degree than face-to-face instructor led classes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">VBL offer the flexibility to fit into a student&#8217;s available time schedule, and student must have the self discipline to work through the material on a consistent and regular basis in order to keep up with class.
