His area of expertise ranging from Organizational analysis and organizational design; Harmonious organization and compatibility of interests complexity; The &#8220;physics&#8221; of companies; Concept Thinking; (Agile) Project Management and Digital Transformation. <span lang=\"EN-ID\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: Calibri;font-size: medium\">He has Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur, Corporate Management \/ Operations Research, TH Karlsruhe MBA in General Management, the University of Kent at Canterbury and a Ph.D on &#8220;Statistical neural networks&#8221; from the TH Karlsruhe.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Research Interests<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00a0Strategic management involves two essential and central tasks: <strong>organization<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>decision<\/strong>\u00a0.\u00a0In this context, my research revolves around questions of the\u00a0<em>compatibility of interests<\/em>\u00a0and the\u00a0<em>efficiency<\/em>\u00a0of organizational models.\u00a0There\u00a0is no generally accepted measure of\u00a0<em>organizational efficiency in<\/em>\u00a0either science or practice.\u00a0The question of\u00a0<em>organizational efficiency is<\/em>\u00a0extremely important, as a non-efficient organization always and inevitably leads to a waste of the company&#8217;s resources &#8211; a situation that a company can not afford in an increasingly competitive environment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Furthermore, in my research I ask the question of a suitable organizational form for the entrepreneurial challenges of the 21st century and its (including digital) business models.\u00a0As a possible answer, I have\u00a0conceptualized\u00a0the organizational model of the\u00a0<em>Harmonious Organization\u00a0<sup>\u00a9<\/sup><\/em>\u00a0.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">In addition, I work scientifically with considerations to a systematic process of the product conception, which leads at the same time also in a possibility of (digital) marketing: this process I called\u00a0<em>Concept Thinking. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>For more information <a href=\"http:\/\/ulrich-anders.eu\">http:\/\/ulrich-anders.eu<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>University : Cologne Business School, Germany Area of Expertise : Financial Analysis, Digital Strategy Development Dr. Ulrich Anders is a professor in Strategic Management at Cologne Business School, Germany.
