Since the partnership cooperation in 2012, Binus University International and Victoria University of Wellington (VUW) has been working closely to strive excellence in academic curricula, learning experience and to enhance educational opportunities for both students from Binus and VUW. The cooperation also promotes international inbound and outbound students and faculties.<\/p>\n
The following study plan refers to the 2 + 2 dual degree program with VUW.<\/p>\n
Within this cooperation, Binus students are entitled to receive a double degree designation, from Binus University International and Victoria University of Wellington. The degrees are:<\/p>\n

The study design is based on the agreement of either a 2 + 2 year program or 2.5 + 1.5 year program. Such study arrangements are based on the major that is chose by students. Students are required to study at least 1.5 years in VUW<\/strong>. A compact city, it encompasses a waterfront promenade, sandy beaches, a working harbour and colourful timber houses on surrounding hills. From Lambton Quay, the iconic red Wellington Cable Car heads to the Wellington Botanic Gardens. Strong winds through the Cook Strait give it the nickname “Windy Wellington.”<\/p>\n Wellington is New Zealand’s\u00a0political\u00a0centre, housing\u00a0Parliament, the head offices of all\u00a0Government\u00a0Ministries and Departments\u00a0and the bulk of the foreign\u00a0diplomatic missions. It is an important centre of the film and theatre industry, and second to\u00a0Auckland\u00a0in terms of numbers of screen industry businesses.\u00a0Te Papa Tongarewa\u00a0(the Museum of New Zealand), the\u00a0New Zealand Symphony Orchestra, the\u00a0Royal New Zealand Ballet,\u00a0Museum of Wellington\u00a0and the biennial New Zealand International Arts Festival are all sited there.<\/p>\n Wellington had the 12th best quality of living in the world in 2014,\u00a0a ranking up from 13th place in 2012, according to\u00a0a 2014 study\u00a0by consulting company Mercer. Of cities in the Asia Pacific region, it ranked third (2014) behind Auckland and Sydney.[6]<\/sup>\u00a0It became much more affordable in terms of cost of living relative to cities worldwide, with its ranking moving from 93rd (more expensive) to 139th (less expensive) in 2009, probably as a result of currency fluctuations during the global economic downturn from March 2008 to March 2009.\u00a0” Lonely Planet\u00a0named Wellington ‘the coolest little capital in the world’ in its ‘Best in Travel 2011’ guide book.
