A personal development plan helps you plan your career and decide on the next step that will get you closer to your vision.
\nDo you remember the 4-step process for developing a personal development plan?
\n1. Defining your vision
\n2. Defining your current reality
\n3. Defining your key strategy
\n4. Defining your plan of action
\nSession 2 covered the first step of the process, vision-setting. In this session, you will work on step 2 and 3. You will gain knowledge and insights about yourself and your current situation that will help you make decisions based on a good self-understanding.<\/p>\n

Identifying important skills
\nAs a group, read through each of the skill traits listed in the word cloud on the next page. Be sure to discuss all the skills, to ensure that everyone has a similar understanding of what each trait means.
\n1) Individually, mark the skills that you believe will be important for you in your future career.
\n2) Think of additional skills that could be included and list them in the table as well.<\/p>\n
