What is equally important is to have a strategy for how to fulfil your vision. That is why it is useful to have a professional development plan where you can write down your goals and what you have to do in order to progress towards the vision you have established.<\/div>\n<div>The Getting started session will let you reflect on your individual expectations on this learning module and discuss with your group.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span id=\"ms-rterangepaste-start\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/span><\/p>\n<div>Group expectations<\/div>\n<div>In the group, take turns in sharing your expectations of the training module by discussing the following questions:<\/div>\n<div>\uf0b7 What is your experience regarding this topic?
