{"id":489,"date":"2018-05-31T15:30:33","date_gmt":"2018-05-31T08:30:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bbs.binus.ac.id\/ibm\/?p=489"},"modified":"2018-05-31T15:30:33","modified_gmt":"2018-05-31T08:30:33","slug":"strategies-as-lecturer-in-class","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bbs.binus.ac.id\/ibm\/2018\/05\/strategies-as-lecturer-in-class\/","title":{"rendered":"STRATEGIES AS LECTURER IN CLASS"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>STRATEGIES AS LECTURER IN CLASS<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>As a lecturer, we need to be able to control the class.<\/div>\n<div>There are some factors that needs to be concerned, such as, the teaching and learning activities with the assesments and also the learning outcomes.<\/div>\n<div>The teaching learning activities can be started by reviewing previous meeting for the opening stage around 5 to 10 minutes, continue with\u00a0main activites by combination of lecturing and role-play or group discussion for about an hour, and ending with question and answer.<\/div>\n<div>While talking about the learning outcomes, it must be smart, emasurable, attainable, relevant, and\u00a0time bound.<\/div>\n<div>The lecturer needs to know the characteristics of the students, as learner, tourist, hostage, or terrorist, and needs to be treated differently.<\/div>\n<div>Feedback is also important to eliminate incorrect performance and to enhance student learning.<\/div>\n<div>Lecturer view and access in class is one of the key effective, so be sure students are easily seen and acessible by the lecturer.
