One such example is our IBM B25 Alumni\u00a0Carrito Royce Wijaya or often being called Royce who has successfully started his professional career in the IT industry through\u00a0PT Helios Informatika Nusantara (part of CTI Group).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-3737 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/bbs.binus.ac.id\/ibm\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/11\/2026\/01\/WhatsApp-Image-2026-01-21-at-09.46.16.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"266\" height=\"473\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>From Enrichment Program to Full-Time Role at Helios<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Royce began his professional journey through the\u00a0<strong>Enrichment Program<\/strong>, where he joined\u00a0<strong>PT Helios Informatika Nusantara (<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.helios.id\"><strong>https:\/\/www.helios.id<\/strong><\/a><strong>) <\/strong>\u00a0as a Social Media Intern. Helios, as part of CTI Group (https:\/\/computradetech.com\/id\/beranda\/), is widely known as an enterprise IT solutions company that actively supports young talents by providing real responsibilities, structured learning, and direct exposure to industry practices.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-3738 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/bbs.binus.ac.id\/ibm\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/11\/2026\/01\/WhatsApp-Image-2026-01-21-at-09.46.15.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"564\" height=\"376\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The internship program at Helios was designed to last one year. However,\u00a0within the first six months, Royce was offered a full-time position\u00a0due to his performance, adaptability, and ability to contribute beyond his initial role. This opportunity came while he was still completing his thesis, a phase that often becomes challenging for many students. Both Helios and IBM BINUS played key roles at this stage.\u00a0Helios demonstrated flexibility and understanding, allowing Royce to grow professionally without neglecting his academic responsibilities. Royce had\u00a0direct learning exposure not only from his immediate team, but also from company leaders and even the CEO, an experience that is rare for fresh graduates.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">For Royce, this environment made Helios an\u00a0ideal company to start a career, especially for those who want to grow fast, build confidence, and understand the IT industry from a holistic perspective.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>How BINUS IBM Supported His Role at Helios<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Royce shared that his academic background in\u00a0International Business Management at BINUS\u00a0significantly supported his career at Helios.
